BLOGMAS 2017 – #Day0: Introducing Blogmas

I think it’s fair to say that no two people do Christmas in quite the same way. Equally, it’s fair to say that no one — and I mean NO ONE — does Christmas quite like I do Christmas.
* I don’t even know if this is true or not, but it sounds good so let’s just go with it *

I’ve never done Blogmas before, and I’m super excited to see how it goes! Because I’m (a) lazy and (b) in need of new friends, I’ve teamed up with the wonderful Em in order to tackle Blogmas together. We spent an embarrassing amount of time compiling our list of Blogmas post ideas (DON’t TELL THEM EM!!), but we’re all good now — plans made, adjusted, tweaked and topped off with a little lace bow — ’cause Christmas, and Christmas isn’t Christmas without little lace bows. I mean, maybe it is, but again let’s just go with it.

Between us, Em and I will publish a new post every day between now and Christmas: I will be publishing posts on the odd-numbered days, and Em will be publishing posts on the even-numbered days (we’re basically maths geniuses; call us Pythagoras and … um, another famous maths person, probs Greek). We’ll be sharing each other’s posts though, so you won’t miss a thing… and if you do I WILL find you and I WILL give you a piece of Christmas cake, ’cause (a) Christmas and (b) I don’t like Christmas cake so you can have mine.
You’re welcome!
There’ll be opportunities for you to interact, both in the comments and on Twitter — keep your eyes (and web browsers) open for that!

So, there you have it — L, Em, and Blogmas. I really hope you enjoy all of the posts we have in store for you: it’s going to be so much fun!!

I hereby declare Blogmas … OPEN!!
